What does it cost?
$19, $49 or $99 a month, in US dollars wherever you are, billed monthly.
Who bills me?
Paddle, as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, tax and invoices, and your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
What counts as a message?
Each time you send a message to an agent and get a reply, that counts as one message toward your monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my message limit?
MARKA emails you as you get close, and again when you reach it. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the Upgrade page in the dashboard. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving to a lower plan starts at your next renewal, and you keep the higher plan until then.
